It must be remembered that discus belong to the family of cichlids, which are predatory fish. This type of fish gets along well only with representatives of its family and with different catfish. Catfish in an aquarium are quite useful, as they can eat natural biological waste, as well as leftover food from the walls of the aquarium, soil and plants. In this way, they purify water from unwanted clogging.
